经典外贸邮件答复

之前有在阿里巴巴 上收到一个美国的询盘,客人要淋浴房,
一直有在跟客人联系,但是客人疑虑太多, 貌似很纠结,估计是半路出家的。
公司一直是做贸易的,淋浴房我们是  从别人那里买过来的,对外是以为一个浴室柜工厂的名义在操作。
现在公司自己办了一个浴室柜的工厂,我最近一个一个的给老客人(之前有邮件往来的)发邮件。

How are you?
Its been quite  a long time now still hope you remember me.
We have built up a factory producing  bathroom vanities.
Attached has somehow details.
If you have further interest, please let me know.
公司的pps , 精美的报价表,统统过去, 希望可以打动他
客人当天就有答复

I am very much interested but our team are not matching. To my opinion, if you are interested to get exposure in USA market, we need to work to gather.

客人原来一直强调  shared risks, 他怕风险啊,潜意思里面他好像要 我们直接面对他的客户, 解决他的客户问题什么的, 生意做得真纠结, 那是相当的纠结。
怎么答复他呢?

What we can do now is to offer you good quality products with competitive prices.
We simply make the production and sell to our cusotmers .  and they re-sell.
We will neither share their benefits nor risks.(we have backup services on our products).
Now it is the only way we do it.  and we need you to make it on your own.
Hope you can understand we do business one day.
P.S we will be exhibiting in coming canton fair, will keep you informed.

For me, it is blind game, I don't see your product.
you don't have service center in USA, I don't know how you will provide services to the USA customer.
I have to provide the services.
I need to install atlist one unit for quality testing and my satisfaction.
Can you send me one demo unit with some discuount ( 40% to 50%) price?

同事也怀疑他是不是想图个便宜 这边买了运过去, 但这样 不也牵涉到进出口,运输什么的, 想想也是纠结。

We see your point.
And what are you major conerns ? that we are selling junkstuff with no back up serivces, that we are liers that  we take your money and just go disappear ?
These things happen but it's just not how we do it.
We would show you everything we have here, we'd show you how we operate,and you can totally check on us before you're buying anything. it's just not that blind, is it ?
Here you are supposed to have your own customer caring,  installation, problem shooting, everything needed to face up to your customers.
What our backup services to you are, namely, spare parts,  replacements (for manufacturing defects), and technical support( for installation, maintenance)
And now, we would love to start with a sample, but now we just don't happen to  have samples at that discount.(will 20% do ?)
For about  150 US$ , you will get a pretty nice vanity, a whole set. and the retailing price back in your country would be around 850US$,  and still it depends on the designs, everything.
We have studied a lot of prices and designs in USA,  and I think you could make great business if you find the  right vanities and right prices  and right suppliers.
About the sample things, I will have a serious talk with the boss tomorrow, and will let you know the details.
Still, I am afraid that the  landing price of 150 US$ worth of a vanity would be around  500 US$ as it involves extra costs, will let you know again tomorrow. .

现在我又开始纠结了,跟他谈淋浴房,我们没有实际生产, 底气不足啊 。。
