客人定了样品, 指定了货代 。
(2个立方,12 件货)
拼的是客人自己的柜子。
都是年前的事情了。
年前急急忙忙的把 货物赶出来, 送到了港口。
发现产品没有做商检(当时是做不出商检的, 我们是托别的公司做的, 当时也是样品,12 件货, 商检的事情忘得一干二净!!!!!!!!!!!!! :L :L :L )))
货代发现货物 没商检。 不让我们出, 是拼箱的, 查到了整个柜子都出不去。他们说过年的那段时间比较风声紧。
写信跟客人道歉, 说 货出不了。商检什么资料不齐全, 说尽快在年后解决。 客人说OKAY!
到了年后--- 公司没有办法做商检, 托其他的公司做好像他们不愿意。。。。
样品一共才334美金!!!!
没有办法, 急, :L :L :L , 急。
问货代怎么处理, 货代说 只有特报了, 特报可以解决问题,货代就给了我他们报关的 一个叫王小姐的电话。
我联系了下。 产品这样就出去了。
柜子这几天要到了, 货代的人电话来说, 我们差他们钱, 我当时听着不对劲啊。 还差你们什么钱????
她说特报要钱的啊?!!!!! :@ :@ 。 她叫我联系那个报关的王小姐。
电话了王小姐, 她说她做了特报, 我们还差她1600 人民币 what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Fxxk YOU!!
之前在电话里, 她可什么都没有讲。((没有讲要收钱的事情------)。。 我还以为 他们是客人指定的货代, 我们这边少了资料, 他们那边可以帮帮客人
的忙。 把货物弄出去。。
现在她回头来收钱了,,哥我晕了。! 她的理由也很简单, 说当时貌似很专业嘛, 说做特报就特报,, 很内行啊。。。所以就。。。。。。。。。。。。就那个了。
我现在该怎么办???????
问题还有一点 便是。。客人只付了我们样品费用, 就连 从工厂拉货到 宁波 都是客人安排货物他们的。
出口这一块单据还该我管么?? 这个钱我找老外要?
  好像不是那么回事吧))
电话里, 我耍混了, 说“ 1600,收到的老外的钱就差不多这么多,现在要给你 1600, 别把老子惹急了, 急了, 老子什么事情都不管,你跟老外怎么弄 你们去弄。。。)
她也松了口, 说好歹要给些钱, 不要让他们亏本就好)。。。
:L :L :L :L :L 但是我要还价, 还多少呢???

 

 

 

下午写了邮件跟客人。。

How are you!
 
MainFreight infroms that the container is already at the sea port of Adelaide.
 
 
Now  the ugly thing is that they are  holding the Bill of Loading because we own them RMB 1,600 
which equals  US$ 247 for customs clearance  they did for our company.
 
Here are details of the story:
 
1.We failed to do the commodity inpections for our 12 cartons, so the shipment was held till our new year break.
 
2. MainFreight helped us with the customs clearance and the ship left on 3rd,this Month.
 
3. Now they are telling that we own them RMB 1,600.
 
They were not telling nothing about money they are going to charge for services
 they performed for us, I didn't ask, either. But I think they are really nasty.
 
Anyway,  I am very sorry for  the whole things,  I would wish we three parties solve the problem together.
 
I Phone their customs declarant today, they told me their bottom line is RMB 1,400, I quite doubted it but please instruct
how we are going to deal with this.

We should make it clearly.

(1)Your supplier can not pass commodity inspection first, so we are so kindly to introduce one of our cooperative customs specialist to him.

Finally, with help of our customs specialist “special customs clearance”, your supplier pass the commodity inspections and export cargo successfully.

 

(2)The whole process we only introduce  customs specialist to you supplier, the next thing should your supplier  negotiation with customs specialist ,including extra charge. so we

Only know RMB 1600 problem happen and we also ask your supplier pay directly to our customs specialist not been transfered by us.

 

By the way, we feel your supplier have no experience in cargo exporting, in the market ,it is called ”special customs clearance, every one know this should pay more money to solve the problem.

  

Your supplier have not ask our customs specialist charge but only want to ship the cargo quickly, our customs specialist think your supplier will take on this charge.

 

Now your supplier do not agree pay money and our customs specialist chase our responsibility, we have no other good  idea but chase your supplier pay for money to our customs specialist first.

 

We are regret that we did good, but at last the result is not so good.

There was no dissussion over the costs with the specialist,  whether we are paying RMB1,600 or 600 to her, we are paying to MainFrieght, and I guess you're a part of the system.

I admit my ignorance about this "special customs clearance", but we might still need something called  transparancy.


Again we took only US$ 334.41 as the ex work prices, MainFreight itself picked up the cartons at our factory, I assumed that  we were duty free since then and MainFreight as a
nominated agent, would well handle the rest of things.


If we knew RMB 1,600 was what it takes  to export our 12 cartons, from my little  poor experience, we would have suggested some other" NON-special  customs clearance" probably from other shipping agents , say  RMB 600, again there must be another negotiation with AAAA(买家)---------Who was going to pay for that ?  I am now simply starting to  doubt whether MainFreight was giving us right directions.

Now your supplier do not agree pay money and our customs specialist chase our responsibility, we have no other good  idea but chase your supplier pay for money to our customs specialist first.

We are not denying our mistakes and responsibility, All I want to do is to make sure that our client  and Our company are paying in a right and transparent way.
