柜子被查验了,东西破得一塌糊涂

俄罗斯客人东西破得一塌糊涂, 客人只说是我们的包装纸太差, 破损的东西 列了很大的一个清单,吓死人。
估计柜子被查验了,但是客人也没有说。

This is how we packed our skirt, and how can somebody break them like:::

Thick packing paper is not the major cause of the damages, maybe it's even not one of them.
We doubt if all the goods are inspected by your custom people, they get the goods out the container and check and then they put them back, in a very bad manner.
 
That's the only possiblity we see now to have caused such damages.
 
I talked our workmates here, they mentioned experiences of this with some of Russian clients, and the damage is huge.
Please now confrim if your custom indeed checked the container and touched our goods.
And honestly, we have been packing the trays and other parts in the same manner, for the rest of our clients, we have been working out all fine.
 
Solutions and suggestions::
 
1. we will need see the damage scale, for example, you reported 15 chipped tray, we will need to see the photos of this  15 trays, one by one. (each tray must be marked with number from 1-15)
This is very important, we can not make any compensation without seeing these photos.
 
2. After the damages is clearly identified, we will then cover half of it. But we will need you to place orders so we can put these free replacement together with the containers, we do not consider shipping the replacements seperately by air or by train. And the orders size needs to be mininum 2*40HQ.
 
 
In a word, we are very sorry for your losses, it does no good to our busienss cooperation.  
And we are responsible and we are willing to cover your losses at certain percentage.
 
This is one feasible way we seenow to solve the problems.
